Tortellini with cream, ham and peas

Ingredients for two people:

400 g. fresh tortellini
100 gr. in a slice of ham
100 gr. peas (fresh or frozen)
1 shallot
150 ml. fresh cream
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Tritiamo the scallion and rosoliamolo in a pan with olive oil. We combine the peas and let them cook a few minutes. Cut the ham into cubes and put this in brown as well. At this point you just have to add the cream and let it thicken slightly. In the meantime, we will have brought to a boil a large pot of water, add the salt and throw the tortellini.

Drain them and let them fry in a pan with the sauce until it is creamy but not too dry. Impiattiamo and gustiamoli immediately.
